Service Terms (Draft)

Last updated October 30, 2026.

About the service

BTW Motors offers an initial inquiry and consultation at no charge. A separate paid concierge engagement may involve researching vehicles, locating options, communicating with sellers, and negotiating purchase or lease offers on the customer's behalf. We do not guarantee the availability, price, financing approval, or delivery of a vehicle.

Service fee

For a paid concierge order, the service fee will be displayed before payment and charged through Stripe. The fee is for concierge services only, not a deposit on or purchase of a vehicle. Vehicle price, taxes, title, registration, financing, shipping, dealer fees, and other third-party charges are separate.

Scope and timing

Define in writing the specific services provided, search area, number of vehicles, negotiation rounds, target timetable, communications cadence, responsibilities of each party, and when the service is deemed complete before accepting an order.

Refunds and cancellation — MUST BE COMPLETED

[INSERT CLEAR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE ACTIVATING PAYMENTS, INCLUDING TIMING, PARTIAL REFUNDS, NONPERFORMANCE, AND ANY APPLICABLE STATE RIGHTS.] No refund policy has been established in this template. Do not activate checkout until this section is finalized.

Buying and financing

The customer decides whether to purchase a vehicle and enters any vehicle sales, trade-in, or finance agreements directly with the relevant authorized party. No credit application or credit check occurs through this site. Any activity requiring a dealer or broker license must be performed only where appropriately authorized.

Customer information

The client confirms that submitted vehicle and contact details are accurate and authorizes our team to contact them regarding the requested service. SMS updates require a separate opt-in.
